Avocado with rice is not only a healthy side dish, but also a tasty addition to various salads. This dish can be prepared for breakfast or used as a base for Japanese rolls. Any type of rice is suitable for cooking. Choose only the ripest avocado, but not overripe. The fruit should not be too hard and not too soft. Be sure to feel the fruit with your fingertips before buying.

GETTING READY

  1. Preparing Ingredients
    Wash the rice in 5-6 water. Rinse the dill, and remove the coarse stems. Wash the avocado, peel it, remove the pit. Cut the fruit into large pieces.
