Chinese style zucchini

Chinese style zucchini
This delicious vegetable side dish is tender, crispy and savory all at once. Ideally, you'll need a wok, but a deep frying pan will do. For this dish, it's best to cut the zucchini into long, thin strips, like wide noodles. Use a peeler or a knife to do this. Fry the vegetables over high heat until they're nicely browned but not mushy. Add some green peas for flavor; they'll add sweetness and make the dish more filling.
