Fluffy, Creamy, and Packed with Flavor

In villages, food was often cooked in the oven, so it is better to bake country-style scrambled eggs using the oven. Cut up plenty of fresh vegetables and pour over a mixture of eggs and milk. We took the usual set of vegetables: zucchini, tomato, sweet pepper and champignons. Choose any mushrooms, but keep in mind that forest ones require preliminary boiling.

Wash the vegetables. Remove the seeds and stem from the sweet pepper. Prepare a mixer and a small form.

Cut the zucchini, mushrooms and tomato into small cubes.Try to cut the vegetables approximately the same. This will make them tastier, and the vegetables themselves will mix more evenly when fried in a pan.

Chop the sweet pepper into squares. Mix all the vegetables in one bowl.

In a clean bowl, combine eggs with milk, salt, pepper, paprika and Provencal herbs. Whisk until smooth and light in color.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Grease a baking dish with oil. Mix the chopped vegetables with the egg mixture and pour into the dish. Put it in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
