Fried cauliflower in breadcrumbs

Fried cauliflower in breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs give cauliflower a crispy, appetizing crust. To do this, fry it in a large amount of oil or deep-fry it. But if you want to make the dish less caloric, you can cook it in the oven. Before frying the cabbage, you first need to boil it until half-ready. Serve it as a side dish to meat or fish. This cabbage will also be an excellent appetizer if you serve it with sauce: tomato, cream or cheese will do.
