Rice flour noodles become transparent after cooking, which is why they are often called glass noodles. Because of their original appearance, salads with them are not only tasty, but also very beautiful. Add funchose with omelet strips and smoked squid, pour over a dressing of lemon juice with garlic and soy sauce and serve as a light dinner or snack.
