This vibrant salad combines funchose with tender omelet strips and smoky squid, all brought together with a zesty dressing of lemon juice, garlic, and soy sauce. Perfect as a light dinner or an elegant snack, it's as delightful to look at as it is to eat!

  • Glass noodles (funchoza) (110 g)
  • Water (400 ml)
  • 2 pcs Sweet pepper (200 g)
  • Pickled mushrooms (150 g)
  • 2 pcs Chicken egg (120 g)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (17 g)
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Curry powder (4 g)
  • Smoked squid (200 g)
  • For the dressing:
  • 1 pc Lemon (120 g)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (30 g)
  • 2 tbsp Refined oil sunflower (34 g)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (17 g)
  • 1 tbsp : Cane sugar (25 g)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (15 g)

    Wash the pepper, lemon and garlic. Peel the garlic and remove the stalk and seeds with partitions from the pepper.

    Boil water, put noodles in it and leave for 10 minutes. Then throw funchose into a colander and let the water drain completely. Cut noodles into thin strips.

    Cut the squid and bell pepper into strips about the same length as the noodles.
