It is prepared on the basis of chili pepper, vinegar, and sugar, due to which it acquires a new flavor shade - sweet and sour, which goes well with seafood, fish, and fried meat. In addition to the inhabitants of the East, the sauce is used by Europeans, and in Russia, it is used as a marinade or dressing for dishes to dilute their bland taste.
