Description

Rice flour noodles, often called glass noodles due to their clear appearance after cooking, bring a unique touch to any dish. This vibrant salad combines funchose with tender omelet strips and smoky squid, all brought together with a zesty dressing of lemon juice, garlic, and soy sauce. Perfect as a light dinner or an elegant snack, it’s as delightful to look at as it is to eat!

GETTING READY

  1. Preparing Ingredients
    Wash the pepper, lemon and garlic. Peel the garlic and remove the stalk and seeds with partitions from the pepper.

STEP 1

  1. Boil water, put noodles in it and leave for 10 minutes. Then throw funchose into a colander and let the water drain completely. Cut noodles into thin strips.

STEP 2

  1. Cut the squid and bell pepper into strips about the same length as the noodles.

STEP 3

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and curry. Beat with a fork.

STEP 4

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into it and fry on both sides. Let the pancake cool and cut into thin strips.
    To make it easier to cut the omelette into strips, roll it into a roll.

STEP 5

  1. Prepare the dressing. To do this, squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl. Pour in the sunflower oil and the remaining olive oil. Add the soy sauce and sugar. Press the garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.

STEP 6

  1. Place the marinated mushrooms in a salad bowl. Add the funchose and all the chopped ingredients.

STEP 7

  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

PRESENTATION

  1. Time to Eat!
    Sprinkle the funchose salad with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions.
